More criticism?
Maybe Tony is just using common sense since a lot of people are having the same problem. Its made the local and national news so it can't be isolated to just a few users.
Since you know the number of people that have iOS 7 and the number of devices with the problem then maybe you can share those statistics with the rest of us.
