The top of the search box covers up what I have searched for. I have this issue in a couple of places in ios7 but off hard I don't remember the other place. Does that happen for you? It makes it very hard to open the mail it's found. I had to see the time stamp and then cancel search and go to that time in that IN box to find the message.
