I've only owned and/or wanted two breeds of dogs, Labs & beagles. They're both gentle, friendly and great around kids. I don't have a need to educate myself on the disposition and problems other breeds have. I'm not a control freak and have never had to impose myself on my dogs. They're my companion and best friend and that's it and that's all I've ever wanted.
