Go to the Apple App store (on your device, tap the AppStore icon, on
your computer, run iTunes and click the iTunesStore button and then
click the Apps button). You can search on the term "wordprocessor" and
you'll get a lot of hits, among which you'll find the ones we've
recommended.
Unless you've jailbroken your iPad, all the apps you can install come
through the iTunes AppStore.
