That's one thing audiophiles understand that others don't. Some headsets aren't good for music but excellent for the spoken word and others are excellent for music but not the spoken word. I have Bose over the ear that has a mic on it, made for the iPhone, I think. I got them at the Apple Store. They were recommended by Jenny. Great for listening to podcasts, TV on my iPad but not good for music, IMHO. 

I like the Home Theater Geeks podcast with Scott Wilkinson but he does home theater for movies, not for music, which is different.
