Yeah, but it's the market. Everything decent comes at a premium. AirPlay speakers, for example. I'm disappointed AirPlay hasn't caught on more. That would have improved the quality:price ratio. Sony, as usual, has to go it alone. And blututh is sucking up some of the possible market, I suppose. Convenience over quality.
Audiophiles like to hear music as close to the way the writer envisioned or recorded. I like that too but $240 for a headset? That's a lot.
