And when you checked network settings (I said check settings) what did it say? I'd bet your solution lies there. Settings -> general -> network ...

I shouldn't have to enter the password every time I want to go online using my wireless network.  My security password is 26 digits and letters long.  I also use a time Warner cable on the go modem when I am not home.  I don't have to enter the password each time. It remembers it.

Hello again,

The router I Installed/connected is working great with my other pcs, laptops. However with the iPad, if I leave the house with it, when I get back home it won't connect unless I enter the security password to the router. I notice it does that also after some hours have passed. For example, I was online last night using my iPad. However this morning it said I was not connected to the Internet. When I go I to settings I see my network, click on it and it wants me to enter the security password every time. :(
