I just got it. Took about an hour with all the things you need to do to get things rolling.
1. Get iOS5 - about an hour or a bit less to do all the backup, download, sync
2. Get the Lion iCloud update
3. Move to iCloud. For those of us with MobileMe accounts, we get the 25Gb storage until 6/2012 for free and iDisk will work till then.
Unfortunately, when you make the move to iCloud, you don't get keychain and dock syncing... :(
All in all, Lion update, iOS5 and moving took around an hour.
