My 16GB iPad2 won't restore. I get error message 1611. I tried rebooting my computer, rebooting the iPad, turning off Norton, and then tried to restore again. Got same error message.

If you have successfully downloaded the iOS 5 upgrade, try this:

Connect the iPad, Backup the iPad, "Restore as New", restore from backup.
