I don't use the mail app on my iPad for my general mail, but sometimes I do
want to just check in -- so I use the web-site-mail. The web site won't let
me be "remembered". I don't know if it's something about Safari or something
specific to iDevices.

Mine does, went into Settings and did it there. I don't use the website.
I wasn't thinkin MAIL though, The OP IIRC is talking about their WORK site
so like mine, I don't think the WORK place allows 'Remember Me'.
