Games. Yea they are built for a mouse over state for game play (usually) and don't translate very well to touch input. That is why many built iOS apps

Games are still an issue and some Flash video still fails to load properly or stops working. And it does occasionally crash. Generally speaking, it does OK, in some cases.
I find almost no need for Flash/Frash because I find many devs are creating non-flash versions of their sites.
Overall, it is a bust and I think if you absolutely need Flash, try Frash if Jailbroken. For me, personally, I am not a big fan.
