I was originally going to name Her Sputnik, the first satellite but thought it might be a bit unpatriotic. So I looked it up and the US first satellite is Explorer I.  She is an iPad 2.

Oh Carlee ...I love these photos! Look at that guy! Nothing like a bulldog!
We have a pair of Boston Terriers ... not a laid back atom in their bodies. They keep thinking that Mom got them a cool front outside every 10 minutes, and want outside to find it.
