Is the material defamatory or is it mean opinions?
Does it come under the heading of cyber-bullying of a minor?
What do you plan to do if you find out who-dun-it?

Someone is writing something about a family member on a blog ( Very mean
stuff). On that blog, names are made up and there is no moderator to speak
of . So I have no information about the writers location etc.
So I want to know how to locate where it is coming from . I beleive it
coming from my town, but not sure.
So how do I go about locating the ip address it is coming from. Any ideas ?
