Re: [iPad] Cloud Drive

Interestingly I cannot log into the cloud account, even with one of their  CS people. I'm going to call back in a minute, and see if they can reset something. Years ago, the explanation for not being able to access a new account was "the servers need time to disseminate the new login info". Now I think that's garbage, and something is messed up with my account ... but not messed up enough to not let me pay my monthly bill.

No, I got told that they are now charging $5 for unlimited space. That was a very fast change!

free except for maybe your monthly ISP charges?
Why do I get the feeling this is a "new product" & later on they'll offer
less-limited "free" space but more that you can pay extra for?
:-)
Do they have competition in your area for ISP customers -- maybe they're
trying to expand. Or just not *lose* customers.

Charter Communications, my isp, is now offering their own Cloud Drive
(actually called that) with free unlimited space.
