Interestingly I cannot log into the cloud account, even with one of their CS people. I'm going to call back in a minute, and see if they can reset something. Years ago, the explanation for not being able to access a new account was "the servers need time to disseminate the new login info". Now I think that's garbage, and something is messed up with my account ... but not messed up enough to not let me pay my monthly bill.
free except for maybe your monthly ISP charges?
Why do I get the feeling this is a "new product" & later on they'll offer
less-limited "free" space but more that you can pay extra for?
:-)
Do they have competition in your area for ISP customers -- maybe they're
trying to expand. Or just not *lose* customers.
