Okay, cancelled Charter's Cloud Drive. I spent 1 hour on their chat with a person named Jade and 30 mins at their tech support lady who kept trying to fix my email. I kept trying to explain the Cloud Drive, then asked for someone who could talk to me in Mac talk. She didn't see what that had to do with anything. Then she kept trying to get me to move from FF to Safari to log into the website.
I could log into their website, but they supplied an app which appeared in my System Preferences which, after login, would let me choose the files to backup. That is the point where the login was failing. I could get to the website where I could see that I had nothing backed up.
The phone lady disappeared for a while, and when she came back I asked to just cancel my Cloud Drive account. I had a feeling if I ever got to back up there I would never ever be able to retrieve it.
Is the Apple Cloud Drive ready for use yet, or is it still being developed?

I registered, downloaded their Mac app, and now it won't let me in. I'll give it a little bit more, and then call and scream.
There is a photo of a scale of backup net use and it has a limit marker of 50G showing. However, I think it depends on how many of their products you own ... we have phone, tv, and inet through them.I will report further particulars as I find them.LauraV in TX
