The only thing stopping me from getting a mini 4 is the fact that my iPad Air2 will absolutely NOT connect to iTunes. I have tried everything and the only option left is to see if it will work on Windows 10. There must be something in the settings on Windows 7 that Apple doesn't like. All my other 6 devices will connect to iTunes on my computer. I got a new Touch when those came out and it wouldn't connect to iTunes either and I returned it.
Getting a Mac is not an option at this time.

You will love the 4 Pat. It's refresh rate is noticeably faster. Great for games.

I don't have the Mini 4 but plan to get it soon. Mine is the Mini 2 so there will be a big change in store for me. I love my Mini 2 and do take it along often because of its smaller size. I play jigsaw puzzles and this size is not too small at all. I thought it might be but it isn't. Anyone who likes jigsaw puzzles take a look at Magic Puzzles (my favorite app) or Jigsaw HD.

This was the first time I saw your post, Alice.  That's great that you got your iPad Mini 4 and like it so much.  I feel the same about mine!   
 
I also hope that Apple never stops upgrading the Mini!  I think it's a perfect size to take along anywhere.  The iPad is just a bit too large and too heavy for me to carry around for hours. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of your Mini 4 as I have so far out of mine.
