I made my ICE screen using photoshop on my iMac. However you create the ICE screen, it should be in your 'Photos' app that came with your iDevice. To get it to fit properly on the lock screen, you need to take a screen shot of it. Click on the image in Photos, and make sure only the image is visible. To take a screen shot, hold down the Home button and the on/off button on top of your device until you hear a click, which means the screen shot has been taken. You can now go into your settings and select that image for your lock screen.
