Re: [iPad] Closing all windows in Safari 8.1.2

The only way I know to close them all in iOS8 is to tap the little icon on the far right side of the Safari toolbar to display all of your recently visited sites. Each has an "X" to tap for closing.  It's certainly not as convenient as the previous method!

Under iOS 7 I could close all open Safari windows by tapping the +, then tapping Private, tapping Close All Windows, then tapping Private again to turn it off. All this sounds like a lot, but it actually saved time versus tapping each and every tiny x to close individual windows.

This system no longer seems to work under 8.1.2. Has anyone found another workaround? It seems nuts that there is no Select All>Close All. But like in the Mail app, that option doesn't exist. Frustrating and time wasting.
