After you backup try the reset the network choice under general then reset and if that doesn't work and it's got a good backup try ##CLEAR# from the phone icon. That *may* solve it without a complete erase if the device

Ok. I have a problem...I can change the cookieTab...(BTW it was already makes they way you all suggested...but I can not find the private button....not there. But this now opens up another question that I did go the the Apple Store...I have the app "find my friends". When I was traveling my hubby tried to set up so that he could follow me on my travels...everything he did did not work...when I went to the Apple Store he also did the same things and location services do not work even though they are saying they are on. Apple tech told me to go and reset my iPad I have yet to do that but this being said do you think this could be a reason I am not showing the privacy button.
