Re: [iPad] Problems with iPad OS

I don't have LTE (4G) so I still have to measure my speeds in Kbps.

Many many variables with cellular. At home I get 3mbit, at work 6.1mbit on 3 bars, this is 3G
LTE at home is 36 on 2 bars, 100 is gettable

I have never come close to getting 2.7 Mbps on a 3G network.  I'm happy when I get 600 Kbps.  I sometimes only get around 100 Kbps which is flirting with dial up speeds.

When I am at home (most of my browsing), my connection is via Wifi to a DSL modem, which means my maximum usual download speeds are around 2.7 Mbps.

3G is quite often better than this, and we do not see her problems on our iPads.

When I feel The Need For Speed, I check when in my billing cycle I am, and how much data I have left, and move to LTE when possible.
