I am certainly not into a big fitness routine, Pat, but it wouldn't be a bad idea! That being said, it's really kind of hard for me to answer your question, because I haven't really gotten a great deal of benefit from my Jawbone band, but that's probably my own fault. I'm not conscientious enough in checking on it for one thing. I think Jenny gets a lot more good out of it, and as she said, she even adds foods to the data bank. I didn't even know there was a data bank with foods! And she uses the alarms, and I don't know where to find them, either. What I have used mine for was to track the steps I take every day to give me an idea of whether or not I'm getting enough exercise. It makes me aware of living more healthfully, too, and the importance of getting enough sleep. So if any of these things appeal to you, you might enjoy having one.
