Yes you can. I do it all the time between my iPhone and iPad. I have friends that do it between iPhone/iPad/computer. The kindle app keeps a copy in the cloud. Just sign in to the kindle app on your computer with the same sign in you use on your other devices.

What is going on? for the last week or so I am getting much less mail from this list. I am disappointed.
I do have a question though. If I put the Kindle app on my Kindle, iPad, and computer and I download a book;for example, could I download the same thing on each device? What is the difference between paid and free items?
