If you are doing much typing I would only suggest one of those integrated keyboards if you hands are quite small. Mine are not large and I can't stand the integrated keyboards, especially if I'm going back and forth from my MacBookPro to the iPad very often. Integrated keyboards are smaller and keys too close together for me. What I carry when I travel is a case by Touchtype which holds my regular size blu-tooth keyboard and the iPad in a single case, very compact, and pretty good protection. It's a matter of what is comfortable, but I'd try to get a chance to use one of the smaller keyboards before you buy one.
