My mail folders only work occasionally on the iPad even though they work flawlessly on my computers. This has been the case on every generation of iPad. I've just gotten used to it & never thought to ask an Apple tech person when I've been talking to them. Next time I call I'll try to remember it & will post any response I might get.
Have you rebooted the Mac or mail app? This in on new rule creation? Maybe try creating new ones...~KLM\,,/ 01001100 01001111 01001100 \,,/Ever since I set up the iPad mini, my mail folders haven't worked. I see them in the mail app on the iPad mini. I can move emails into the different folders manually. The emails just won't use the rules and automatically move to the folders when I go into each folder.
I never saw the need to use rules with folders until I joined this group. This group is super active and I like reading most, if not all, the messages that come across uninterrupted. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
