I used a blow up neck pillow for some years then managed to misplace it. Before my next flight I bought a replacement with a cheap version of memory foam. It's bulky but more comfortable for me than the blow-up was and less puffing then deflating between connections. Maybe when I lose this one I'll check out the blow up variety again. :-)

How about a blow up neck pillow. I use one on planes and really like it. I can make it as soft or hard as I want.

Since I also need a neck pillow for long flights it's a problem. I wind up walking through the airport with the horseshoe-shaped pillow wrapped around my neck. Looks weird, but I have yet to come up with a better solution. At least the Bose headphones work well.
