Won't there be a problem with syncing as well? if syncing to ID#1 will the
process trash anything that belongs under ID#2? Can you have them both in
the same iTunes library? Won't the "cross contamination" of apps in one ID
being with apps from another ID foul things up? I don't think apps are
designed to be "shared" like this, not even "within the family."
Of course, you can just not ever sync but that kinda restricts you too.

I believe she could keep the apps as is, but can never update them without
entering your ID and password in the AppStore.
