Yes, several different ways, depending on what printer you have.
If you have an air-print-enabled printer (I think HP is the only one
making them at the moment but I may be wrong and others may have jumped
on this by now), you can use the iPad's AirPrint function.
If you don't have an air-print-enabled printer, you need to buy an app
such as Print N Share (which you might also have to make additional
in-app purchases depending on which types of documents you want to be
able to print). I use Print N Share with my HP Deskjet Portable 470
with the HP wireless dongle inserted, and I can print just fine.
Not all apps are set up to print, however, even using airprint, so be
sure that the apps you'll be wanting to print from will actually be able
to print.
