When I first started using iTunes I had a problem. 

Apple credited me. 

That was years ago. It was my one and only time I had asked for this

We bought an iTunes voucher for our daughter for Xmas.
She credited it to her iTunes account.
When she went to use the credit, it had disappeared as it had been got at by somebody with an oriental name.
She is trying to get it refunded.
1) Has anybody else had this happen to them?
2). If so this does not say much for iTunes security
3) I hasten to add she has changed all passwords

Any comments?
