I have been getting her google alerts for over a year. I'm familiar with who she is. (I have google alerts for our shared name, I don't care about her but I watch for my name lol) Repeated attempts via email do nothing. Mostly it's just annoying. I may send her a letter. She definitely has some weird purchasing habits.

Very possible. She's s city council person in California. Her name is krismurray. So I can't obviously email her at my krismurray@gmail that she is using. I just don't know how she confirms a PayPal email address as mine? I've contacted them all and tried to change the shipping address to mine or just to tell them it's my name but not my order but so far all that's happened is I now get extra spam from Macy's and etc
