The point is, which Charles also made, is that this forum is hardly the place to suggest changes or feature requests and most adults quickly tire of whining.

Why wasnt Charles's post sensible and intelligent? I skimmed his, it read well. Clearly Charles uses Apple, and he uses others, but he isnt biased. He sees all products for their good and bad points. That is clearly impossible for some here, hence their biased and rose coloured glass posts are not intelligent not sensible, they are totally unbalanced. They see one colour, one road, one direction. As I have said before being a fan is fine, I am one. Being more a fan is fine, but seeing gold in one eye and closing the other so as not to see any propblems is unbalanced. It leads to non discussion, self support, and a disconnect between how such people can relate to other products, as be default, these other products are crud as they arent Apple.
