Carol's use of the word perfect was in context of her response to Jim, not that she sees Apple as perfect, I doubt that any person sees any company or product as perfect

Calling a perfect product is only temporary state of mind, mainly due to euphoria caused by having a new acquisition.
Soon the reality sinks in.
Technology grows to enable new products every year.
It is a sign of living humans who want better and better every year.
If you fail to find flaws in present product, what will you do to bring out a new product next year.
Critics should not be considered anti-Apple. otherwise they would not be members of this group or owner of Apple products.
With best wishes,
With best wishes,

Is Apple perfect? Clearly no, although some on this group would argue.
