Re: [iPad] What happened to Apple design?

The Windows app store is pathetic.  It's as tho they can't figure out what "apps" are.  Hopefully, they'll learn and move ahead.  But why the delay?

Windows phone is pretty good. But the app store is hopeless, its teeny. They need to fix that. I read recently-ish that they are working on a porting mechanism to make it easier to convert from iOS and I assume Android. Share wise it still languishes at about 3%, and irregardless of how good the OS is, and the Lumia's, with a poor app store, and that rarely is a WP app added when an entitiy provides an Android and iOS app, it won't go anywyhere.

Had a candy bar Nokia for a long time. It was ok. You're right about the Nexus. Not having provider crapware  come on the phone is great. No extra apps other than what Apple provides and what you download is the best on iPhones. I've not tried the Windows phone.

We all have preferences. I agree with you on Android, the only phones worth trying are Nexus, that have true Android, without all the bloat others add. Windows phone is good too, as are the Nokias.

For me, Android phones do not have the look, feel and eligance of the iPhone. Apps on Android phones feel rushed out. Apple apps have never felt that way to me. Apple phones feel better made in my hand also.

Nah. As long as the iPhone is the phone I like the it's the best phone for me! I've used Windows phones and androids. I prefer the gui of Windows better just on looks. Android looks cheap in its OS. That's just my opinion.

No, this person has a full view of the world, and despite his Apple bias, he can still look at all brands and OS's and critique them...
Some wear rose coloured glasses, and will always put down the opposition, and will counter every negative that Apple brings, or failing
that will offer a comment such as buy an Android then. No matter what Apple does the iPhone will be the best phone ever, and always will be.
