It is possible to have multiple *aliases* to a single iCloud email account/ID. All will end up in the same email inbox, but you can set filters to move them to their own folders according to the address.
Or you can have multiple iCloud accounts, and use separate accounts for different email accounts, but (for example) share the original account for other iCloud functions.
