I have noticed that with some Facebook videos too with the latest iOS . Only way to stop the sound was to let it run to the finish or close Facebook , double click the home button and slide Facebook out of the mix , then reopen Facebook .

I just checked and FBook version is current and I'm not anxious to introduce more changes with another IOS update but I will as a last resort. I notice that the sound continues only on certain types of FBook videos like Wimp and the paws my gosh. I also went to settings and set FBook to no background refresh. No joy.
