Has anyone had experience with monovision, where the lens for one eye is for distance and the other is for close-up? I used contact lenses like that successfully for many years, until they were no longer able to correct my vision and I had to switch to glasses. I have severe astigmatism. I do have cataracts but my opth. does not feel they are ready to be done yet.
