I know we have a free month spotify trial that we can offer here at sprint.  Maybe you should call att and specifically ask them? Maybe it's not an "advertised" promotion but it's maybe still a promotion??

This article and many others that I've read like it say that "most services offer a one month trial period".  I have subscribed to five different services over the years and have never been offered a free trial period of more than one week as my memory serves me.
