I normally don"t like to reply about people's signature lines, but I could not let this one pass.

The Constitution only gives people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself.

I rather doubt Mr. Franklin ever said this, since the right to pursue happiness is mentioned nowhere in the U.S. Constitution, and I feel confident that he knew this.
