Please excuse me if this has already been addressed. It's been a very difficult year and I have not been reading a lot of posts for the last several months.
Anyway, my mother has an iPad 2 and just got an iPad Air. She did a backup of the iPad 2 and restored that backup on the iPad Air so she has all her apps, books, etc. We have changed the name on one of the iPads so they are no longer the same. However, she has a problem that I have not encountered and don't know how to fix:
When she is reading a book on the iPad Air, the iPad 2 is also reading the book. In other words, even though she is not using the iPad 2 for reading, if she clicks on iBooks, it will show her current (iPad Air) reading selection and current page, etc. I'm sure there is a simple (probably Cloud?) setting that we need to change - can anyone help and tell me what?
She wants my dad to be able to use the iPad 2 for reading, but that won't work if both pads insist on reading the same books at the same time…
