Basically anything you download for free or paid goes to the "Amazon Cloud".
Once in the "Amazon Cloud" you can download any book/item to any Kindle Device you have or any Kindle App on PC, Mac, Android, iPad, whatever. Once downloaded to a specific app or device it stays there till you remove it.
