Did I say you didn't adapt to tech? No. I just don't see the need to carry apps and docs with me everywhere I don't use all the time. There are things I use quite a bit, like the latest game I'm playing or my newsreader or a book or 2 but I'm not carrying every app I own. I wouldn't use them. They'd be taking up space. Tech management for me is things I use regularly will be on my devices, the rest backed up in the cloud and on an external drive or two. That's why 16gb works for me. I don't keep music or movies on my iPad unless I'm flying somewhere. iPhone has too little a screen to watch movies. I have an iPod Classic for my music. My music and movies are also backed up in 2 external HDs.

Hee, I don't adapt to new tech?Like I said, cloud tech is good, but to backup, and have my 49GB worth of content on each of my iPhone and iPad handy, cloud is vastly inferior to my laptop and external USB drive, which are here with me.To have my contacts, photostream, etc auto synced via the cloud, that is very good. From: Alice <whiterabbit32@gmail.com>

Subject: Re: [iPad] Copy iPad 2 content to iPad 4 Quite a few older tech folks I know are like that. They don't adapt to new tech as easily as the younger folks. It took me a while to adapt to the cloud. I still do a backup onto a 2T HD besides the cloud. \\ /\ Alice.( ).
