It is 64 GB larger than the next smaller model.

I, for one, do not choose to spend the time and money to download multiple gigabytes of data from the cloud when I can keep it locally with zero access time.
I also do not choose to store movies that I have purchased, or photos or short videos I have created, in the cloud.
