Thanks for the welcome & the suggestion Pat. Will I loose my app "Pages" when I reset and erase everything? Is there anything I have to do to send it to iCloud? If that will hold it for me while I erase and reset?
Welcome to the list. I would reset the device by going to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. This would allow you to set up everything as your own with no conflicts with the previous info on the device.
Hello everyone! Brand new to the list and want to learn about my
new/old Ipad. I bought a used original Ipad 64G wifi only. I can not
figure out how to get the previous owners info off it so I can install
my own. I like the way it's set up so I'd rather not totally reset it
unless it's necessary. I'd just like to take the old info off and mine
on. I have an Iphone 4S and love it, though I don't use Siri much.
