Re: AW: [iPad] Widgets from the Android world if iOS ever chooses to 'borg' them

I tried widgets on my Nexus 7 and decided I don't need them. My email app was in the dock. Why would I need an email widget (for example)? I had a battery widget I thought would show me percentage on screen w/o having torso the widget and bring up the info. No go. It was just an icon until I tapped it. Useful would have been showing percent next to the battery.

Same here!  I also don't need a submarine and was never in one!  LOL  I also never had a penguin for a pet but don't need one!  This list could go on indefinitely, couldn't it!

Interesting. I've never tried heroin and don't need it. That's just the first example that comes to mind.

What amazes me is people say they don't need something when they never tried it.
