Yes, when u've deleted apps from ipad2, u have to conect ur ipad2 with itunes and right click on ipad icon, choose transfer purchase...
It will mark ur apps unchecked,

After that go to itunes library, seacrh ur deleted apps, and press delete to completely removes from itune

I have deleted a few APPS from my iPad 2. They still show up in my iTunes program on my iMac.

How do I delete them from my iMac? Is "syncing" involved - I've not done any syncing since I acquired my iPad 2.
