[iPad] Re: Probably a silly question about using iPad overseas

 

Hi, Thank you for your response. I just assumed I would need a power converter. What about a seocnd generation iPod? Does that also work on 100-240V 50/60 Hz? If so, you just saved me some money. I'm thinking now that I will probably just take my second generation iPod with maps of the three largest cities already loaded. The GPS capability of the iPad doesn't seem like enough of a reason to invest in an iPad when my iPod pretty much covers all my travel needs.
