When my wife first received her IPad 2 I installed ITunes on my Windows laptop and set up to share photos from a couple of folders on the laptop with her IPad. I believe I was able to do this by selecting Advanced > Choose Photos to Share in ITunes on my laptop and checking the box next to the folders of pictures I wanted to share on the IPad. I then select Sync in the File dropdown menu. These pictures then appeared in the Photos app on the IPad.
Now I have set up a folder for 2012 pictures on the laptop. I followed the above procedure in ITunes to share photos in the 2012 folder on the laptop with the IPad. then selected Sync but they do not appear in the Photos app. What am I missing here?
I think ITunes should have a selection in Devices in ITunes on my laptop to show the pictures that are on the IPad.
My wife's IPad shows up under Devices in the column on the left side of ITunes on my laptop. Under that is listed - Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Books and Purchased. Why is there not a selection for Photos?
Any suggestions appreciated.
