I've seen something similar when new Mac models come out, even with two different tiers of OWC's own brand. Sometimes it's the difference between RAM that's actually tested (more expensive) and RAM which meets all the specs on paper but is not tested. OWC seems to shift to the latter as they get more comfortable that the stuff works anyway.
In this case, the NuRam brand could also be buying from a larger manufacturer trying to clear stock. Or they caught a price break that OWC chose to profit from instead of passing on to the customer. The RAM market is so fluid, I don't even try to keep up. When I need some, I just go shopping. :)
