I carry mine in a Marware CEO Hybrid case and this goes into a netbook messenger bag by Targus. there are pockets for my glucose monitor my camera connection kit and a cable, headsets etc.
On days I'm on my bicycle, I use the Incase slim backpack with my specs, and other crappage in with the iPad <G>
