You would find, if you looked back through discussion logs, that the SkyFire browser/site is one used for such things.
You'll also find most people find Flash to be used for unnecessary animations on sites.
If you want to watch video produced into Flash, that isn't available in another format, look back into those discussions.
There are some very good reasons Flash isn't present, and Apple has never been alone in protesting it.
