[MacBook] Re: Using mac browser with the EFTPS site

I use EFTPS as an individual not as an employer. However, I remember having great difficulty getting started and the problem turned out NOT to be my browser but some weird formatting thing in one of their input fields. Something like a specific way to format the SS number that is NOT noted on the website. I solved it only by calling them.
Unfortunately I did not make a note of it. I remember being disgusted that there was no way of knowing what specific input format was required.
That being said, I did make a note to myself to use FireFox.

It is a VERY frustrating and complicated website!
